How It Works (Detailed)

  1. Complete profile settings and connect HealthKit first.
  2. Generate an AI plan from Today's Analysis and pick your routine.
  3. After training, save your workout via manual input or HealthKit sync.
  4. Use History and Stats to tune your training load for the next week.
