These Terms of Service ("Terms") define the conditions for using GymAI-Flex ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

The App analyzes workout data from HealthKit and in-app records and may provide AI-powered personalized training suggestions.

• Workout menu suggestions based on user data
• Workout logging and weekly report generation
• Personalization settings and reminders

2. Conditions of Use

• The App is intended for users aged 13 and above.
• Some features may require HealthKit permission.
• Information provided by the App is general guidance and not medical advice.
• Consult a medical professional if you have health concerns before exercising.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating laws or public order and morals
• Fraudulent or abusive use of the App
• Interfering with the operation of the service
• Causing harm or inconvenience to others
• Unauthorized access, modification, or deletion of app data

4. HealthKit Data Handling

HealthKit data is used only for workout personalization, report generation, and history display. Data is not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. AI Feature Disclaimer

• The App uses Apple Intelligence (Apple's on-device AI framework) to generate workout suggestions. This feature is only available on Apple Intelligence-compatible devices.
• AI-generated suggestions are for reference and are not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable for all users.
• You are responsible for your own training decisions.
• Stop exercise immediately if you feel pain or discomfort.

6. Purchases

• Premium features are planned as a one-time purchase. The App does not use auto-renewing subscriptions.
• Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
• Purchase features are currently in preparation. Restoration details, including same Apple ID restoration, will be provided in-app when purchase becomes available.
• Prices are subject to change. Please check the current price displayed on the App Store before purchasing.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
• The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
• Service content may be changed, suspended, or terminated without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated when necessary. Continued use of the App after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
